Spartan Miller was seen exclusively in Spartan Ops, doling out mission information in communications. Originally we pushed for him to be a grisly, battle scarred soldier but in the end it didn’t match the casting they had made. Miller wasn’t based on a scan of an actor and instead was one of the few heads that I got to art exclusively on Halo 4.
